SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Think Books. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Pricing
- All prices on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of a 15% VAT rate.
- Think Books holds the right to modify these prices at any given time without prior notice.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard courier costs apply for Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Extra-large parcels or outlying areas will be quoted accordingly.
* We do not offer the service of purchasing books online and then collecting the order directly from the shop as the books are packed and dispatched from our depot.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Think Books is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside South Africa
Returns Policy
The provision of any educational textbook/resource is subject to availability from Think Books suppliers. In the case of unavailability, Think Books will refund the client in full within 30 days. Should you wish to cancel an order for reasons other than delayed availability, kindly submit a request for cancellation to info@thinkbooks.co.za. Cancellation of orders made by the client will be considered at the discretion of Think Books. Should the cancellation request of an order be approved, Think Books will charge a 10% administration fee of the total order value at a cost of the client. The refunding of incorrectly supplied or damaged item(s) will be considered at the discretion of Think Books only if the client notifies Think Books within 10 working days of receiving the order and if the item(s) is/are returned in pristine condition.
Regrettably special orders for books that are not regularly carried or kept in stock in our store are not subject to refund should the order be cancelled by the customer for any given reason.
eBooks
Please take care when ordering eBooks as they are available in various formats. Please ensure you purchase the correct format for the correct device as these purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. Think Books will not be held liable should the incorrect format be purchased.

***NB*** EBOOKS CAN BE ONLY VIEWED ON THE SNAPPLIFY APPLICATION AND THEY CANNOT BE PRINTED OR SHARED WITH OTHER ACCOUNTS.
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, by bank transfer into Think Books bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Think Books by SiD payment who are the approved payment gateway for Absa Bank.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
